Consecutive melody notes being played back upon a single trigger-in
This problem could be introduced by either too much Sensitivity setting for incoming audio, and/or "feedback" between microphone and speakers of your Macintosh, which could cause program crash. Do one or more of the following solutions:
Lower the Sensitivity slider until having a proper response by observing the green Trigger-in indicator.
Lower the System's Sound Input volume in the System Preferences > Sound > Input pane.
Lower the System's Sound Output volume in the System Preferences > Sound > Output pane.
If you are using external speakers, place them facing off your Macintosh microphone.
If you are using an external microphone, place it facing off your Macintosh speakers.

Occasionally program crashes
This problem could be introduced by less CPU power applied to program, too much Sensitivity setting for incoming audio, and/or "feedback" between microphone and speakers of your Macintosh. Do one or more of the following solutions:
Quit other programs if running.
Do one or more of the solutions in the previous case.

No melody note being played back
Do one or more of the following solutions:
Click the Play button with an Eighth Note icon.
Choose a proper device for Sound input/output in the System Preferences > Sound > Input/Output panes.
Turn up the System's Sound Input volume in the System Preferences > Sound > Input pane.
Turn up the System's Sound Output volume in the System Preferences > Sound > Output pane.

Some melody notes being played back loud while others soft
Program is input velocity sensitive and plays back melody notes accordingly.

Program plays back in different fashions when particular musical instruments are chosen. Vibraphone, for instance, plays back in roll representing the reality of the instrument.

What does it mean by Articulation?
